Remove deprecated `RGB_` and Mouse keycodes (#25444)
* Remove deprecated `RGB_` and Mouse keycodes
* Update old mouse keycodes, 0-9/A-M
* Update old mouse keycodes, N-Z & layouts
* Missed some stuff
