Fixup `kprepublic/bm60hsrgb_poker/rev2` (#25649)
Fixup kprepublic/bm60hsrgb/rev2
- Remove RGBLight configuration and throw error if RGBLight & RGB Matrix
are enabled together - the WS2812 driver cannot be used for RGBLight
as it is being used by this keyboard's custom RGB Matrix driver
- Migrate RGB Matrix configuration to DD
- Migrate default keymap to JSON
- Use short SPDX license headers
